Beginners classes are available to anyone, all ages, shapes & sizes!

No prior experience in fitness or dance is necessary to join our studio.

Have no core/upper body strength? No worries, Let us build it for you.

We start right at the beginning. We will slowly build upon what we know in each class. Starting with a full body aerobic warm up & floor exercises on the mat, we gear up for a class full of conditioning lifts, dynamic spins, and fun combos that will have you airborne in no time! Challenge yourself, you may be surprised at what you can achieve!

Intermediate / Advanced / Elite

Our studios welcome complete Beginners but host classes of all levels of for all Pole fitness enthusiasts. From Beginners right through to Elite, we have a class that will suit your needs and help you to achieve your Pole goals.

Trapeze

The art of Trapeze dates back to the mid 1800's and this magical apparatus is now the basis of an incredible fitness class at Fierce!

Using our unique curriculum we will teach you a wide variety of tricks and poses on the Trapeze.

We incorporate strength and conditioning exercises both on and off the Trapeze as well as a variety of full body stretches to keep you mobile and supple. "There is no way I would ever be able for that!" - Is this you? Don’t worry!

Our curriculum is designed for men and women of all ages, shapes and sizes.

Even if you have never exercised before we will ensure you get fitter and stronger all while learning a unique and fun new skill - Come learn to fly with us!

Circus Fit

Ever wanted to run away with the Circus?

Circus Fit is a fun and exciting way to get yourself fit. We incorporate a variety of traditional circus skills all within the one class.

You can learn Static Trapeze, Aerial Rope, Handstands, Rings, Spinning Trapeze, Flying Pole and lots more!

We have designed a specific curriculum, giving you step by step instructions to progress at your own pace which makes this class suitable for all fitness levels, men and women of all shapes and sizes.

Not only will you find yourself getting fitter, stronger and more flexible but you will also learn a variety of amazing tricks and skills which will leave you wanting to learn more and more!

Hot in Heels

Let's Dance!

With fresh, original choreography each week, this class is filled with spins, floor-work and Floor-to-pole transitions punctuated with heel clicks and an exotic beat!
This is the perfect class in which to let your hair down, strap your favorite Heels on and bring out your inner Fierce!
Although an advantage, no experience in Pole Fitness is required for this class.

Our Open Training sessions are informal, skill sharing practice sessions held in both studios. We encourage all of our students to come and train with us! Not a student in Fierce Studios? No problem! Everyone is welcome. Simply contact us prior to the session you would like to join.
