Have no core/upper body strength? No worries, Let us build it for you.
We start right at the beginning. We will slowly build upon what we know in each class. Starting with a full body aerobic warm up & floor exercises on the mat, we gear up for a class full of conditioning lifts, dynamic spins, and fun combos that will have you airborne in no time!
Challenge yourself, you may be surprised at what you can achieve!

Our studios welcome complete Beginners but host classes of all levels of for all Pole fitness enthusiasts. From Beginners right through to Elite, we have a class that will suit your needs and help you to achieve your Pole goals.
